All NZ orders are shipped through Courier post. Target delivery is overnight. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent out with a tracking number for your package.
International orders are sent through NZ Post.

Shipping on international orders under $350 will be confirmed at checkout.

Each C&V piece is handmade to order. Please allow five business days for your new piece to be made but if your order is urgent, please email us at email@example.com and we will figure out a solution!
If the small chance occurs that we are out of stock, we will get in touch to discuss a longer wait time or refund.
When not in use, store your C&V jewellery in it's box, keep all plated jewellery pieces dry and don't wear your jewellery whilst swimming or cleaning. Always put your jewellery on last when getting ready to avoid contact with chemicals found in perfume etc.
For plated jewellery please note that due to the delicate nature of gold plating, and the frequency of wear, pieces will need re-plating every so often to maintain their original appearance. Plating rubbing off or tarnishing is a natural part of wear and tear, and is not considered a manufacturing fault. We are happy to help out so just get in touch!
We are happy to exchange items or give a credit note for pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please note we don't take any returns on earrings so be careful with your purchase, we are here to help so please get in touch if you have any questions about the piece you are purchasing.
We do not give refunds for change of mind so please don't hesitate to contact us for any extra information before purchasing.
C&V will repair or replace any manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase. Manufacturing faults do not include chipped gem stones, broken chain, general wear and tear eg. oxidised, bent out of shape pieces or plating which is fading. If you are wanting to restore, repair or re plate any C&V jewellery you have purchased that isn't a manufacturing fault please get in touch and we can send you a quote.
